THE TRANSFORMATION BEGINS

In this path of life, quitting is never an option. The challenges, hardships, and sacrifices we laid before us are all fundamentals for our growth. We will struggle, but we must always get up, keep fighting for our dreams, and discover our real purpose: the real prize, our character, morals, and values that we will carry through in the future.

This institution has molded me in many ways possible that even I was unaware of; since the start of my journey from being a plebe up to this day, I have been pushed through my limits to become better. All those sacrifices we endured were not primarily for our gain but for our family and for all Filipinos who needed us. We are the nation’s finest and are here to lead and keep the legacy of molding good and efficient leaders. As we took the road less traveled, many did not survive; thousands of youth wanted to be one of us, so let us all remember to cherish this blessing and not waste this once-in-a-life opportunity to become future officers of this country.

Leave no doubt in your mind that you can achieve anything, work on the weak aspects of yourself, turn them into your strengths, and remove any impossible thoughts or limitations. Believe

there is a way to achieve anything you desire. The more you struggle, the more you gain experience that makes you a better person and improves yourself as a leader.

If you are afraid to accomplish anything, you will not achieve it. Sometimes we must be brave in facing whatever struggles we encounter along the road. These are the stepping stones that will lead us to the right way. Be friendly, and meet more people because this will be our connection in times of trouble.

In the end, we may all face different journeys, but our goal is only one, which is to be successful someday. Being a member of the Philippine National Police Academy truly gave me the importance of camaraderie. We live in a regimented way of living that teaches us that we should act as one.
