"Whatever comes, let it come. What stays, let it stay. What goes, let it go." – Papaji.

Parting ways and saying goodbyes are the saddest part of our lives, especially when we have already established a good relationship with them. As we had our Exit Call to Baguio City Police Office, our superiors gave their advice, and I realized their hospitality in welcoming us. We shared our experiences and insights during our stay to conduct our Cadet Attachment Program. After that activity, I realized the real meaning of being a Lakan, showing how brotherhood matters to them.

First and foremost, they emphasized how leadership emphasizes the ability to guide others. It is one of the most significant components of existence. Significantly, leadership has aided in the advancement of human civilization. Organizations and groups can only succeed with solid leadership[1]. This is so because effective leadership necessitates a particular set of crucial traits and characteristics that, when combined, create an effective servant leader. Everyone can be a leader, but not everyone can be effective.

I exert great effort in developing my leadership. A leader inspires a team to perform better effectively and productively; they influence and do not require followers. Thus, an effective leader's personality can affect an entire organization. Concerning our country's current news and headlines regarding politics and influence, there are too many dishonest leaders. Based on experience, it is crucial to hone leadership abilities in conducive environments. When the time comes, I will handle my subordinates at my best and try to be considerate. I will ensure that no one feels excluded, abused, or exploited.

The capability of handling and leading people is a skill not all can have, not all can possess, and not all can practice. Being a member of PNPA is a qualification that one is capable of leadership and can spread influence to the people surrounding you. Leaders seek to inspire, seek to improve, and seek to see positivity in all kinds of situations. Moreover, leadership emphasizes improving to ensure growth in you and the people you handle.

They built the leaders within us and cleared our vision to turn our dreams into reality. They became our mentors; they helped us and paved the way for us to gain more knowledge. Soon as we graduate from this prestigious institution, it is most likely that we, the members of the Cadet Corps, will help one another.
