Baguio's Most Disciplined Cops

Everywhere we can see police officers, in the street that assist traffic, along the highways conducting police checkpoints, and in school that provides police visibility to ensure students are safe always. In an emergency, we can call them, and they will not hesitate to help. It is so wonderful to hear the news in the media acknowledging police officers in the field. PRO-COR is still the Home of the Most Disciplined Cops in the country. Seeing in the video is actual video footage that shows a woman giving her driver's license with an amount of money as a bribe for the violation that she committed. The police officer was identified as PSSg Mark Matbagan as he emphasized that Police Baguio is not accepting any form of bribe and cannot afford to lose their dignity as police officers; another is to change the perspective of the society towards them. Another police officer, PCpl Chinopsan, returned a lost bag containing a camera he found along Halcema Highway, Atok, Benguet.

Police officers like them truly show how they are passionate in their work. Helping others is simply an act of service that they make. It is a moral we learn as we grow up, yet others still choose to do the opposite. There are many ways how to be considered a disciplined individual. Well, as police officers, they should be role models, especially to the community to which they belong.

It also establishes clear principles and upholds them even when it seems complicated. This implies that they can overcome any challenge. An excellent role model can uplift others when they are down and value their contributions and make efforts for the team.

People who serve as role models for leadership typically uplift and inspire others[1]. These people frequently strive to imitate their role models' actions or character attributes. They are enthusiastic about their careers and constantly push themselves to improve. This quality motivates people to put forth extra effort to try to match or even surpass what their role models have accomplished. They also establish clear principles and uphold them even when it seems complicated. This implies that they can overcome any challenge.

These reasons motivate me to love my career as a police officer and do my duties and responsibilities soon. As a leader in the field, someday, I should be a role model to the youth and my subordinates. A role model is someone whose followers are eager to imitate them because of their many positive qualities.
